This integration reflects C&C Group’s continued investment in strengthening its wine business, ensuring it is fit for the future, agile and well positioned to support customers operating in an evolving and highly competitive market.

Under the new combined proposition, all customers will benefit from:

Transition period
Matthew Clark and Bibendum customers will continue to be served through the separate route to market propositions until the summer, when the MCB proposition will be fully implemented.
