Applications are now open for C&C Group’s flagship apprenticeship programme in leadership and management.  

This programme has been designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to level up your management capabilities.

• Do you have a passion for learning and building on your strengths? 

What you’ll get out of this:  

• Nationally recognised qualification at no cost to you 

• New skills and knowledge that you can apply straight back into your day job 

• Access to a cohort of fellow C&C management apprentices and a dedicated development coach to boost your learning  

• Bespoke learning programme over a 12 month period, covering topics from Emotional Intelligence to Difficult Conversations
