The prize draw for shareholders with electronic bank mandates in place on or before 16 June 2023 has now closed.

Thank you to all our shareholders who opted to having dividend payments paid directly into their bank account and who were therefore entered into the prize draw. The move to electronic bank mandates supports our ESG Strategy by reducing our carbon footprint.

Congratulations to the two winners, Charlie O’Reilly in the Republic of Ireland and Bridget Marie Halligan in the UK, who were selected by an independent judge from C&C Group plc and have been notified by email and post with the detail of their prizes.*

The prizes must be claimed within 28 days from the date of notification. If a selected winner fails to claim their prize, C&C reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the selected winner and pick a new winner at random.

*The prize is only open to shareholders who are individuals aged 18 years or over resident in Ireland or the UK and is not open to employees of C&C Group or members of their immediate families or households. Winners will be selected at random by an independent judge from C&C Group plc shareholders who have electronic bank mandates before midnight on 16 June 2023. The selected winner will be notified by 1 August 2023, and must claim their prize within 28 days of such notification. If the selected winner fails to claim their prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the selected winner and pick a new winner. Our decision in respect of all matters in relation to the prize draw will be final. The prize is as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
