DE&I Strategy

At C&C, we’re dedicated to creating a workplace where everyone can fulfil their potential.

We value and celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of our progressive, successful business. We’re delighted to share our C&C Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy with you.

 

Our DE&I Strategy is business-led, driven by passionate colleagues from across our business that are empowered to lead and drive real change. Over the last few years, we have already seen some incredible work in this space. Thanks to you, we’ve made some good progress, and we’re now ready to set our sights on some key areas that make a difference to life at C&C for everyone.

Supported by our entire Executive Committee, over the next two years we’re championing three main areas of focus:

  1. Gender diversity across our business, with an ambition to achieve 30% representation of women in leadership roles by 2026.
  2. Employment opportunities for underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds, working in partnership with the Big Issue and Inner City Enterprise, by providing employment opportunities in C&C.
  3. Empowering all colleagues to fulfil their potential by creating opportunities for everyone to take responsibility for their own careers.

 

How we’re delivering our DE&I strategy

We’ve stablished six dedicated DE&I workstreams to drive our strategy forward:

  • Women in Leadership
  • Disadvantaged & Underrepresented Groups
  • Data Collection
  • Communications
  • Employee Resource Groups
  • Fulfilling your career

While these are initial focus areas, we will continue to gather more insight from you – our colleagues – to understand what’s important and how we can continue to support everyone to fulfil their potential.
