Gillian joined the Group in September 2023 as Deputy Company Secretary and was appointed as Company Secretary on 11 July 2025, at the close of the 2025 AGM. Gillian is a Fellow of the Corporate Governance Institute and qualified as a governance professional in 2000. Gillian was Deputy Company Secretary of The Weir Group PLC and held similar roles in Aggreko plc and Scottish Power plc.
