We’re proud to introduce Orbital West, our new London distribution depot!

Orbital West represents a significant milestone as part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service and expanding our operational capacity. 40% bigger than our previous distribution depot in London, our 113,600 sq ft site forms a key part of our extensive network of depots across the UK and Ireland.

Situated just outside London’s Heathrow Airport, our state-of-the-art facility serves as the flagship for distributing our diverse portfolio of iconic branded beverages across beer, cider, wine, spirits, and soft drinks. Orbital West also provides a premium wine service, with a dedicated picking team and an enhanced racking system, all designed specifically to support Bibendum’s premium wine proposition. 

Set to create a number of local job opportunities in transport, logistics and administrative functions, we’re continuing our work with Big Issue Recruit. We’re dedicated to providing avenues for candidates facing barriers to join the workforce and maintaining our commitment to fostering sustainable employment.

Orbital West isn’t just about efficiency; it’s about sustainability too. The depot’s environmental initiatives align perfectly with C&C’s ESG strategy of ‘Delivering to a Better World’, featuring an array of eco-friendly measures including roof-mounted solar panels generating 185,000 kWh annually, the transition of 19 internal combustion engine vehicles to HVO fuel, and the introduction of zero emission vehicles within the next two months.
